Assessed first, removed only if needed
Wisdom teeth, or third molars, usually arrive between ages 17 and 25, and often without enough room to erupt properly. Not every wisdom tooth needs to come out; ours is a practice that assesses first and only recommends removal when it's the right call, not the default one.

The Procedure

Recovery Guidance
You'll leave with a clear recovery timeline and aftercare instructions, and we'll check in on healing at a follow-up visit.

It's performed under local anaesthetic, or sedation for more anxious patients, so the procedure itself is comfortable. Some discomfort during recovery is normal and manageable with guidance we provide.
Straightforward extractions typically settle within a few days to a week; more complex or surgical cases can take longer, which we'll outline at your assessment.
